Refund Policy for Anime Connect ™

At Anime Connect ™, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we offer a refund policy that is compliant with the legal regulations set forth by the United States.

  1. Returns and Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within Thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Refund Process To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team by emailing us at animeconnect6@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information to return the item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.

  3. Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened or used, or for items that are not in their original condition.

  4. Refund Timeframe Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate the refund process, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) days.

  5. Refund Exceptions We do not offer refunds for the following items:

  • Perishable goods, such as coffee beans, once they have been opened.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

  1. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
